Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Information Decision Systems from San Diego State University and holds two California State Contractor’s Licenses for C7 low voltage systems and C10 high voltage systems. Ryan also maintains the latest certifications from industry organizations such as CEDIA and is a Registered Outreach Instructor.

Through his dedicated efforts as a Registered Outreach Instructor, Ryan provides continuing education approved by AIA, AIBD, NAHB, ASID, and IIDA, and takes great pride in being a resource for his customers, as well as San Diego architects, builders, designers and other industry professionals. As the former owner of one of the largest automotive stereo and air-conditioning installation companies in Johannesburg, South Africa, Marcos Lipkovicius brings over 20* years experience in electronic and mechanical installation. Much of his company’s success was attributed to his commitment to quality and his passion for providing customers with unique products and completely customized retrofitting. Through his meticulous attention to detail, Marcos quickly established a satisfied base of high profile clients including large car dealerships, government agencies and heads of state.

Recognizing his abilities in management, Marcos was approached to lead the production division for Summit Industries an international hardwood and cable drum manufacturing company. Marcos sold his business and took the position of chief executive of production. In this position, he led a 300 person production team, managing production schedules and resources to ensure greatest efficiency. After 5 years with Summit Industries, Marcos moved to the United States, and in 1993 he started an automotive repair company in San Diego, which he operated until 2005 when he joined Audio Impact. Marcos contributes over 40 years experience in business development, executive level management and relationship building.
